This Privacy Policy applies to SportX Tour (Android package pro.sportx.tour), SportX Game (Android package pro.sportx.game), the websites https://events.sportx.pro and https://sportx.pro, and related SportX services operated by Netg Systems LLC (also listed as NETG SYSTEMS LLC).

SportX™ and SportX Pro™ are fictitious trade names operated by Netg Systems LLC.

2. Apps and services covered

• SportX Tour — tournament registration, match operations, referee tools, organizer tools, and related event dashboards. This app creates user accounts and connects to events.sportx.pro.
• SportX Game — on-device court, player, and queue management. This app does not require an account and does not send player or court data to SportX servers.
• events.sportx.pro — the SportX events website used with SportX Tour.
• sportx.pro — the SportX marketing website.

3. Information we collect

When you create or use an account, we may collect:

• Account identifiers: name, email address, phone number, member code, and authentication tokens.
• Profile information: display name, club, skill level, gender, nationality, birth month/year, and profile photo if you provide one or sign in with Google.
• Tournament activity: registrations, partners, teams, match results, rankings, invoices or payment notes, venue check-in records, and messages related to events.
• Device and app information needed to operate the Android app: Firebase Cloud Messaging push token, an app-generated device identifier, app version, and notification records.
• Sign-in data from Google Sign-In, a linked shop.sportx.pro account, or SMS one-time passcodes.
• QR / barcode values scanned for venue check-in. The app uses Google Play services to read the code. We store the event or venue identifier from the code, not a photo of the code.
• Approximate technical logs: IP address, browser or user-agent, pages visited, and diagnostic events used to operate and secure the service.
• Contact-form contents if you email us or submit https://events.sportx.pro/contact.

SportX Tour does not collect precise GPS location.

SportX Game

SportX Game stores player names, court names, queue order, match settings, skill labels, and local stats on the device only. That information is not transmitted to Netg Systems LLC, events.sportx.pro, or advertising networks. You can erase it in the app with Settings → Reset All Data.

sportx.pro website

The marketing site may collect standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, and time) needed to operate and protect the website.

4. How we use information

• Create and authenticate accounts, including Google, shop, and phone sign-in.
• Run tournaments: registrations, draws, match assignments, scoring, rankings, invitations, and venue check-in.
• Show information to organizers, referees, assigned admins, teammates, and, where the event is public, other users.
• Send transactional email, SMS login codes, and optional match or schedule push notifications.
• Provide support, prevent abuse, keep audit records, and improve reliability.
• Comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use SportX Tour or SportX Game data for third-party advertising.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the services:

• Other users and event operators. Names, clubs, skill information, registrations, schedules, and results can appear to organizers, referees, partners, and on public tournament pages that an organizer chooses to publish.
• Google LLC. Google Sign-In; Firebase Cloud Messaging for SportX Tour notifications; Google Play services / ML Kit barcode scanning for venue check-in; Google Play for app distribution.
• Twilio, Inc. SMS one-time passcodes when phone login is enabled.
• Brevo (Sendinblue). Transactional email such as invitations, status messages, and support replies.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve events.sportx.pro, sportx.pro, and related databases.
• shop.sportx.pro if you choose shop-account sign-in. Store purchases are handled under that shop’s checkout process.
• Legal requests if required by law or to protect users, events, or Netg Systems LLC.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, hashed or tokenized credentials, and encrypted storage of mobile session tokens on the device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a unique password on connected accounts and keep your phone sign-in codes private.

7. Retention

• SportX Tour account and profile data is kept while the account is active and as needed for event history, rankings, invoices, dispute handling, and security logs.
• Push tokens and device identifiers are kept while notifications are enabled and are removed when you sign out, disable notifications, or delete the account.
• SportX Game data remains on the device until you reset it or uninstall the app.
• Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

8. Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your SportX Tour account and personal information at any time.

In the SportX Tour Android app: open Profile → Privacy & legal → Delete account, confirm, and we process the request while you are signed in.

On the web: visit https://events.sportx.pro/account-deletion while signed in, or email sportx.pro.main@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my SportX account” and the email or phone used on the account.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days. If you have no remaining tournament, ranking, invoice, or officiating records, we delete the account. If those records exist, we deactivate the account, remove or replace personal identifiers (name, email, phone, and similar profile fields), revoke sign-in, and retain only anonymized historical event records needed to keep past tournaments accurate.

SportX Game does not create accounts. Use Settings → Reset All Data, or uninstall the app, to remove on-device information.

9. Your choices

• Edit profile details in SportX Tour or at https://events.sportx.pro/my-profile.
• Disable notifications in Android system settings. SportX Tour also unregisters the device token on sign-out.
• Decline Google, shop, or phone sign-in; some event features require an account.
• Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing sportx.pro.main@gmail.com.

10. Children

SportX Tour and SportX Game are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact sportx.pro.main@gmail.com and we will delete it.

11. International users

We are based in the United States. If you use SportX from another country, your information is processed in the United States and any other locations where our providers operate.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. The current policy will remain available at this URL and at https://events.sportx.pro/privacy and https://sportx.pro/privacy.html.
