Tournament Organizer / Tournament Admin

Set up the tournament and approve entries. Build draws, assign referees, and keep the event moving to the finals.

Plan the event, manage entries, build draws, and run tournament day.

Need access?

If you do not see organizer tools yet, submit a request first and return after approval.

Request organizer access

Request Organizer Access

If you only have player access, request organizer access first.

  1. 1Open /organizer-request.
  2. 2Explain why you need organizer access.
  3. 3Submit the request and wait for approval.
  4. 4Sign out and back in after approval.

Tournament Planning Day

Start with the tournament setup and event basics.

  1. 1Open the dashboard and choose the Tournament Organizer workspace.
  2. 2Select an existing tournament or create a new one.
  3. 3Create the club from inside the tournament flow if needed.
  4. 4Fill in the dates, venue, format, and visibility.
  5. 5Update the tournament status when it is ready.

Registration Management

Keep the entry list clean before you create draws.

  1. 1After players register, open Player Management.
  2. 2Confirm paid and unpaid status.
  3. 3Enter transaction details and save the payment record.
  4. 4Open Approved Entries and review each event.
  5. 5Approve, reject, or waitlist players.
  6. 6Use notifications and invites to keep players updated.

Tournament Progress

Build the field and prepare the bracket or round setup.

  1. 1Use Team Builder only for doubles events.
  2. 2Open Draw Workflow after registrations settle.
  3. 3Check the seeding section and save it before you lock the draw.
  4. 4For doubles, complete team review and sign-off before publishing.
  5. 5When the draw is published, it becomes public.

Helpful hints

  • If the format uses seeding, verify the seed list before locking the draw.
  • If a team is incomplete, pause publishing until the roster is confirmed.

Auto Play Automation

Let the next round create itself when the current one is done.

  1. 1Open Draws for the event you want to automate.
  2. 2Turn on Auto Play before or after the main draw is created.
  3. 3When the latest round is fully complete, the system can create the next round automatically.
  4. 4It also assigns courts and referees when that is already configured.
  5. 5Use it for knockout, ABCD, round robin, and similar formats where the next round is ready to form right away.

Helpful hints

  • Auto Play still waits for the current round to be fully complete.
  • If team review, seeding, or approvals are still open, fix those first.
  • Keep referee and court setup ready if you want the next round to flow without a pause.
  • Assigned referees rotate automatically when referees are already set up for the event.
  • Auto Publish only controls visibility. Auto Play creates the next round.

Tournament Day

Move the tournament from setup into live play.

  1. 1Open Check-In Desk to confirm player arrival.
  2. 2Use Match Assignment to distribute matches.
  3. 3Rebalance courts when the load is uneven.
  4. 4Ask each referee to open the Referee Dashboard for live score entry.
  5. 5For early rounds or low-cost setups, place tablets at each court.

Later Rounds and Finishing Up

Keep the competition moving until the final ends.

  1. 1After the first rounds finish, generate the next draws.
  2. 2Repeat the process until the final is complete.
  3. 3Keep reviewing results, court flow, and referee assignments as you go.
